     By engaging the shop's services. the customer agrees to the outlined terms. Customers authorize the shop to perform agreed-upon repairs. Written authorizations may be required for actions like inspecting, repairing, payments, and diagnosing the vehicle.

     Estimates are based on initial assessments and may vary. The shop may use new or aftermarket parts as deemed appropriate by insurance company. This shop will not install used parts as said parts are not reliable.

Payment is usually due upon completion of repairs. The shop is generally not liable for personal items left in the vehicle but will take action on ensuring vehicle is surveillanced. Vehicle's may be released with an insurance "proof of payment."

     Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and insurance information. Customers may need to authorize actions like towing, inspection, and diagnosis before work begins.
